My Google Ads Audit, Strategy, Implementation, Overhaul, & Management Process…

My full process at EmBeance consists of starting you off with a free consultation - if you want to go direct to an audit, that’s fine too but, I want to make sure you’re going to be the right fit for working with me (I do not work with those self managing / DIYing under any circumstance) and want to make sure I have a clear understanding of your goals before creating a restructure plan for your business.

As a data driven strategist, it’s my policy to take a look at the full picture between Google ads, Google Merchant Center (as applicable) and Google analytics as a FIRST STEP in the process.

What I’ll need to do this:

  • Admin access into your Google ads account.

  • Admin access into your Google Analytics Account.

  • Admin access into your Google Merchant Center Account (If Ecommerce)

  • Your website URL that is connected to Google Ads with Admin rights.

  • With the new addition of GA4 in analytics - it’s helpful to have backend access into your website to determine if GA4 has been set up correctly or not. While not absolutely needed it DOES help.

From there my full process can begin…

  • I begin all client relationships with a kick-off Google Ads Audit (or structure) and strategy consultation call. During our initial call, I will take a deep dive into your brand vision to establish what we need to be looking for to create the next step strategy based on the real, raw facts from your point of view because with me your goals, and your processes do matter, so does your business. I’m on your side but, I have to know about your goals, and your actual business processes to determine how to apply what I find to a new strategy (and the fix if something can be fixed at all and truthfully, sometimes it can’t be but, not everyone will tell you that.)

  • Once you’ve signed on, and paid your audit invoice, I will need to get full access into your Google ads, Google Analytics, and Google Merchant Center accounts + Website Access Granted To My Email Address with Admin permissions. (Nope, no exceptions, I need to be able to dive into everything to uncover the problems and eventually work to correct whatever the problem is).

    Depending on the size and history of your account this can take anywhere from a week to 2 weeks just for the audit.

    Please note - this is a full ad and analytics audit that all too often turns into a full brand and business audit, I can’t give everything away in my process, and how I do what I do but, just know, I’m looking at far more than just the past week or month or year in this process. I’m diving in to everything.

    Following the completion of my extensive account audit process I will connect with you via email, drop my audit report card in PDF format which serves as the service’s deliverable, and if you so choose, together we can find a spot on both of our calendars during business plus my recommended next steps before any changes are implemented in the next stage that is separate and billed separately from the audit.

  • Once we’ve reviewed the problem(s) and solution(s) together, and if you choose to move forward with a restructure, I will then go in and make the necessary changes to your google ads, and any associated necessary corrections across your brand. If changes to any associated landing pages, websites, or funnels need to be made this comes at an additional cost and any associated fees will need to be paid prior to work beginning. It is in this stage that I begin crafting any competitive set of ads that helps you stand out and that are set to work within Google’s preferences for ads that are unlike traditional ads and must be based around their policies and rules in order to be seen and achieve higher ad quality scores while creating flow and readability at the same time.

  • The Restructure is just the beginning at EmBeance.
