My Marketing Strategy Process:

Before we get to fully taking things over - let’s take a step back and get real raw and honest about your vision, mission, target audience and core offerings as well as your marketing and advertising budget.

Please have a marketing budget in mind when coming to us - this marketing budget should cover management fees, and any specialty services including platform fees as well as paid advertising budgets. I recommend most brands start with a minimum of $1300 - $1500 monthly however, $5000+ monthly is ideal for most brands in most industries that truly want to compete at a local level, and more at a multi state and national level where this is legally applicable.

From there, once we have those areas nailed down we’ll work on fully developing out the marketing strategy that will need to be implemented within that marketing budget, then move onto the setup stage, then the implementation stage of your marketing management.

  • I begin all client relationships with a kick-off marketing audit (or structure) and strategy consultation. During this 90-minute call, we will take a deep dive into your brand vision to establish what we need to create in the next stages and if you already have a pre-existing marketing strategy being implemented, this is the time and stage where we will work with you to determine what’s working, what isn’t, and where you want to go in the next stages of your business (let’s talk goals). Think of this stage as creating a much needed process road map that will help pave the way into the future. (Call comes with a full strategy roadmap in presentation and PDF format.)

  • Once the marketing audit is done, we go to the marketing strategy table and create a marketing identity strategy that takes you through all of the elements that make up your full brand identity including the right platforms based around your brand and business goals, and that are in conjunction with your brand identity as defined in your brand and marketing audit session with us. Our approach to marketing your brand is much more than highlighting your website, or just posting to social media: You’ll receive a full breakdown for your brand that includes the platforms we’ll focus on, our recommended budgets for paid advertising, competitive outlines with your top 3 competitors in your space, as well as search and PPC specific target audiences, search terms, ad mapping, and even Social post ideas and highlights as we deep dive into what your core audience is already seeing out there so that we can improve on that, and compete - with a plan.

  • Once we have the foundation of your every day marketing complete we’ll move into the fun part - your paid advertising strategy.

    Whether we’re working through a Google ads strategy, a Metaverse (FB and IG) strategy, Tik Tok, Snapchat, Youtube, Pinterest, Linkedin, Spotify, or maybe even Radio Show ads….We’ll get the plan in place, to ensure that you have a well planned out launch in our strategy first approach to advertising.

    While we dont forecast or make ridiculous and untrue assumptions on leads etc….what we do is infact take a look at the real data and facts available to us, paired with your advertising budget to craft the right strategy that brings the full picture together.

  • Once we’ve crafted the right marketing strategy for you, it’s time to get to the design board, and layout the graphics and imagery you will need.

    Pricing on graphics starts with a $25 per graphic and goes upward of $250 per graphic deposit based upon the items needed per your brand strategy.

  • Once we have the brand visual portion together, we’ll get to work crafting all of your messaging - our 3 month content calendars serve as helpful guides in ensuring all content is mapped out with a plan in place to nurture your audience, while building when paired with an engagement + ad management strategy.

    Social content, email nurturing content, and article writing are all what are most frequently covered in this stage however, the full details will always be customized to you and found inside your customized scope of work because one size never fits all and just like all other areas of strategy, implementation, and management we want to make sure that we’re helping you to get out of the box with your own brand voice.

  • Once we’ve completed all the strategy based steps it’s time for setup and to ensure that your launch is as seamless as possible when following the steps we’ve taken in building the right strategy for your brand business, and budget.

    Once we’re ready to launch, you’ll have the option of either setting up the elements yourself or retaining us. (Most retain us)

    After paying your setup fees + your first month management retainer fee we’ll get to work with the setup process, and launch all the ads per platform’s best practices (in the case of small budgets - we typically set up 1 adgroup on Google ads to ensure that your ads are not competiting with each other initially) as we collect data, intel, and your results start being collected - we may further optimize to maximize even more and split into separate ad groups per best practices for an additional fee per adgroup but this is only as your budget and campaign performance allows.

  • Once your ad groups and campaigns are set up - it’s time for ongoing management which includes ongoing posting, post management, ad management, and ad optimization per your scope of work.
